How the forecast is built

Three inputs you can see and adjust

No black box. Every number in the forecast traces back to something you can open, check, and override.

Baseline demand

The steady weekly rate each item sells at once seasonality is taken out. Recalculated continuously from recent sales. New items start from your estimate.

Seasonal curve

A 52-week shape for every product. Items without a full year of history borrow their category's curve until they have their own.

Demand events

Mark a promotion, a trade show, or one unusually large order. Past events stay out of the baseline. Upcoming ones lift the forecast.

From forecast to purchase order

A reorder number you can explain

Each recommendation shows its own math, so a buyer can check it in seconds and adjust what does not look right.
